Registration period: 8 to 19 September 2008
The interview will ne sustained in front of the committee between 27 and 30 September 2008.

Ministry of Education and Research approved 75 places for doctoral studies for the academic year 2008 - 2009.
UMF "Carol Davila" organizes doctoral studies as follows:

    * 75 full-time places (including teachers)
    * Part-time places (with tax)

For the 75 full-time places, will be organized a contest which consists of:

    * A written test that will be hold on 25 September 2008, at the place and time to be announced in due time. Minimum grade 7.
      Topic for the support of the written test will include 10 subjects in the field of the specialty according to the topics approved for 2007 session.
    * Interview with the specialty committee

The Foreign Language test will be sustained between 15 and 22 September 2008 at the UMF  "Carol Davila" Department of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Medicine and is on choice between English, French and German.
If a candidate has obtained in the last two calendar years a certificate of language proficiency internationally recognized, the foreign language test is no longer necessary.

   8. List of compiled and published scientific papers

Registration Fees:

    * Teachers of the UMF "Carol Davila" - 100 RON
    * Candidates from outside the UMF "Carol Davila" - 500 RON
    * Fee for the foreign language test - 100 RON

Taxes are paid at the cashier of the UMF "Carol Davila" Rectorship - Str. Dionisie Lupu, nr. 37.
The fee for the part-time form of doctoral study is 1000 euros per year, RON equivalent to the day. The amount may be paid by installments or in full by October the 1st and the original receipt is to be kept to the personal file.
