Documents Authentication
- It is necessary to fill the application form, it can be obtained from the Registrar of the Rectorship or from the International Department
- The fill the form in full and the attach of the submitted documents to it is mandatory. Persons other than the graduate may submit an application accompanied only by a written delegation from the graduate (her). For questions regarding this form please contact International Department.
- To request the authentication process it is required to pay a fee, this fee may be paid only with the approval of the International Department. This approval is given on spot, if the application is properly completed and all necessary documents are attached to it;
- The tax associated to the graduation diploma authentication or to the information presented on this is 26 Euros, payable in Lei at the Rectorship Cashier or the Price in Euro by bank transfer, the account data being obtained from the Department of International;
- The tax associated to the transcripts authentication or information present on this is 95 Euro, it includes the graduation diploma authentication or the information presented on this and is payable in Lei at the Rectorship Cashier or the Price in Euro by bank transfer, the account data being obtained from International Department;
- There is no fee or emergency department;
- Applications cannot be processed until the International Department is notified that the fee is paid in accordance with the approval received, please do not forget to submit a copy of a record of payment;
- The issue of the authentication is made within 30 days (calendar). The period may suffer extensions as a result of university holidays, holidays, etc.. During the month of August all the activities of the International Department are suspended;
- The issue of the certified documents will be made under the option selected on the form. Documents cannot be issued to a person or institution that didn’t express in writing to receive them or to a person or institution that has no written permission from the graduate to receive these documents.
